After such a successful day in the big boy bed yesterday, today Wes decided to NOT take a nap AT ALL. He was way too busy playing and jumping in the bed to take a nap. He was doing pretty good until dinnertime. Here's his eyes getting heavy...
And now he's mad....
So he decided to take a break from eating....
And now he's snoring. Looks like tomorrow might be an early one for the Drakes!

I'm still here too!!
Big Boy Bed!
Day out with THOMAS!!!
Yesterday we went to Day out with Thomas in Connersville. Wes is a big fan, and couldn't wait to see the REAL THING.
As expected, he seemed very shocked the first time he saw him!
But he wasn't that impressed with the actual train ride (it's not exactly scenic).
We couldn't get an actual picture of Wesley in front of Thomas, because he couldn't keep his eyes off of him. These are my favorite back-of-the-head shots.

Babymoon 2?
You might know that when we were pregnant with Wes, we went on a 7-night Hawaiian cruise. This time around, we went to the not-as-tropical Louisville, KY. It was the first time we ever left Wes overnight, and he did great with Grandma Sandee! Here's Scott telling George Rogers Clark that the river is "that way."
We stayed at 21C, which is an art museum inside of a hotel. It was pretty funky, but really nice. Here's us being part of the art!

Long overdue pics of new house
Here are some pics of the new house, after all of the painting and moving in. Don't get me wrong, we still have some random boxes here and there. But for the most part, we are unpacked and feeling at home.
The living room, still in need of new floors.
The kitchen, which feels gigantic compared to our old one.
Dining room
Laundry room
Basement (looks completely different now that it's not forest green).
Other side of basement.
Upstairs playroom
The other side of the playroom. Wes thinks we can use some more toys.
Wesley's big boy room, that hopefully he will call his own here in the next few weeks (right now he's still in his crib in the baby's room)
More of Wesley's room.
Master bedroom
Master bedroom again.
