Wes is loving his Thomas trains. Can't wait for our new basement so we have a spot to put them all!

Seymour fun!

After the zoo and a very long nap, we headed to Seymour to see Uncle Marty, Aunt Staci, Ben, and Tommy before they headed back to DC. Grandma and Grandpa made the best dinner! We also had a cornhole tournament, but I can't remember who won or lost. I mean, were we even keeping score?

So we were very excited to see Curious George at the Zoo! Wes was excited until George actually got there. He is a little terrified of giant stuffed creatures. But we had a great day. The weather was gorgeous, and the animals were fiesty. Wes couldn't stop talking about the new brown bears!

Wes got a cool Thomas set for Easter.

We had such a wonderful Easter! We went to Seymour to go to church with Grandma and Grandpa Tom.

Grandma Sandee organized an awesome Easter egg hunt. There was even eggs shaped like footballs and basketballs!

Back to the fun

So now that our house is sold, it's back to having lazy fun weekends. Last Sunday we went to the zoo. This weekend we went to the Horse Show at the fairgrounds. They had free pony rides, and as you can see it was a pretty tense situation but Wes seemed into it.

A big help!

Wes was such a big help when we cleaned our house for showings. He likes to organize the shoes and he LOVES to vacuum! And the great news is that we sold our house! So now it's just packing and then moving into our new house.
